I think most potters, if they're serious... can build just about anything they need. it comes with the position and the fact that we cant afford everything new, or the thing we need just isn't in existence.. so what do we do? can we build it? yes we can! (bob)

Hmmm... The basin is to catch slip that is poured over the outside of the vessel, then you step on the basketball to squirt slip upwards into the inside of the vessel????

have you ever seen one of those emergency eye wash stations? this is a cheaper version i saw in China.

I just have a good eye for figuring out things...
